The extended abstracts instead of full-text papers will be printed as the conference proceeding, which will also be available on a Flash drive in the registration bag. 

For the papers to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one author from every paper must register via online no later than Mar. 20, 2018. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to two (2) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.

All the extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed. The presentation (both oral and poster) will be graded in situ by the international program committee members. Full-size paper will be requested for those qualified submissions and will be recommended for publication on journals including Cryogenics, International Journal of Refrigeration, Science and Technology for the Built Environment, and International Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Copyright is not transferred; namely, the copyright belongs to the author(s). Therefore, the authors can submit the contents of their own extended abstract to an appropriate journal with self-responsibility.
