Oral Presentation:
Oral speakers are encouraged to send the slides to us via ICCR2018@sjtu.edu.cn before the conference. Otherwise, speakers are required to copy their presentation files to the computer on the Slide Preview Desk at least TWO hours before the scheduled session. Speakers must assure that all fonts needed are embedded in their presentation files, which are compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or above. To avoid disruption of the session, the speakers will not be allowed to use their own computers. Files should be copied from a USB key (preferred) or downloaded from Internet to the computer. 

Plenary speakers have 30 minutes for each talk, including 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Keynote speakers have 20 minutes for each talk, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Other speakers have 15 minutes for each talk, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. The chairperson of your session will terminate your talk when your time is up. 

Poster Presentation:
1. A 90cm wide × 120cm high poster board will be reserved for each poster presenter. 
2. Place paper Title, ID and Authors' names prominently at the top of the poster to allow viewers to identify your paper easily.
3. The text and illustrations should be readable from at least two meters away.
4. Tacks, adhesives and materials will be provided by the conference office for setting up your posters.
5. If you have special needs for your poster presentation, please bring those supplies to the conference.
6. Posters should be set up in the morning according to the assigned session which will be shown in the Conference Final Program.

About publication 
All the extended abstracts will be assigned IDs and reviewed by the scientific committee. Authors of papers accepted for either oral or poster presentation will be noticed through email by Jan. 15, 2018. These accepted abstracts will be included in the final conference program and arranged to appropriate sessions for presentations. Excellent abstract/presentation on the conference will be requested to provide the full-text paper and could be recommended to international journals such as Cryogenics, International Journal of Refrigeration, Science and Technology for the Built Environment, and International Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration.
